The life story of each of these women is a beautiful tapestry revealing God's love, mercy, guidance, and providence.
Our Mission for Innerweavings is to closely examine the unique threads of their life stories in order to bring each of these tapestries to life!
To examine these women as REAL people who existed in a REAL place and time and with a REAL purpose that only they fulfilled.
To contemplate what it must have been like for these women to live their daily lives in all the struggles and joys before their history was written.
To see these women as truly human and relatable, yet inspiring and unforgettable.
To take the lessons these women learned and the truths they championed through trial and error and apply them to our own daily lives.
To honor the memories and legacies of these women by remembering their actions, their sacrifices, and their examples.
To give Glory to the same God they served and to serve Him better by learning from their life lessons.
The Bible is so much more than an ancient text of complex geneologies, often veiled prophecies and strict laws.
The Word of God is alive and stronger than any two-edged sword!
It is the story of the most important relationship in the history of the world: that of a loving, just God and His people.
The setting of the Bible transforms quickly from a Paradise free from evil, to a lost world mired in sin and destruction, until the final culmination in Heaven itself!
What does this marvelous Book reveal about OUR story?
It reveals to us what was, and is, and is to come.
The Bible exposes the sinful character flaws in each individual which creates continual problems in this life and is the root-cause of all the suffering in the world. Many of the characters of the Bible are well known, even to those who aren't immersed in its study and serve as parallels to the internal tug-of-war that is waged in our very souls. Their names are a Roll Call of the Faith and their stories laid the foundations for our own personal relationship with our shared Creator.
